Achievements that Matter
“I don’t lead from above—I lead from among you.” As Vice President of ATU Local 1342, I’m not here to speak for the membership—I’m here to speak with it. Every win we’ve secured, every fight we’ve taken on, and every future goal we’re building toward has come from listening to our members, standing shoulder to shoulder, and refusing to back down.

We Need a President Who Shows Up
I led the creation of the state’s first registered apprenticeship program in 2025—setting a new benchmark for workforce development and technical training. From elevating felony protections for bus drivers to securing a 9.25% wage increase and enhanced benefits in our 2022 contract, I’ve fought hard to ensure our members are respected, protected, and empowered.
My leadership style is grounded in transparency, collaboration, and accountability. I believe in respectful dialogue, inclusive decision-making, and keeping our membership informed through thorough reporting and open communication. Whether it’s restoring our union website or forming committees that bring every voice to the table, I’m focused on building a future where every member feels heard and valued.
Union work isn’t just about contracts it’s about community, dignity, and progress. That’s the vision I bring to every meeting, negotiation, and initiative.
